To find the Flower Boots, you should follow these steps:
Preparation
Prepare some decent gear to survive in the Jungle biome, as it can be dangerous with numerous aggressive enemies.
Have a Spelunker Potion or other ways of seeing treasures through blocks to help you locate the Jungle Shrines or Living Mahogany Trees.
Search in the Underground Jungle
Traverse the Underground Jungle and search for Jungle Shrines.
These are small, one-room structures made out of Rich Mahogany and often contain a chest.
Alternatively, look for Living Mahogany Trees which are large, tree-like structures with their own unique chests inside.

Looting Chests
Open the chests found in either Jungle Shrines or Living Mahogany Trees to see if they contain the Flower Boots.
If you find a Jungle Shrine without a chest, it might be a bug or the chest could have been destroyed.
Fishing Option
Fish in the Jungle biome to harvest Jungle Crates. This is often a less dangerous method compared to exploring the Underground Jungle but can be more time-consuming.

- Upon spawning, head right to the Jungle biome.
- Between two lakes, behind the trees near the second lake at coordinates 2762 east
- Find a 1° chest with Flower Boots at an altitude of 518.
- Another chest with Flower Boots is located below at an altitude of 616.
